Auto-cast is the option of having a spell or ability used automatically when needed or appropriate. Most commonly seen on pets.

If an ability is compatible with autocast, its' icon will have a small yellow triangle in each corner. If autocast it turned on, it will be indicated by yellow sparkles rotating around the edges of the icon. Autocast can be activated or deactivated by right clicking on an ability's icon.
