Vek'lor's Diadem drops from Emperor Vek'lor, the idols drop off creatures in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, and the scarabs drop off creatures in both the Temple and Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj. Scarabs can also be obtained from chests.
