Avert Harm is a monk ability learned at level 48 for those with the Brewmaster specialization. So long as party/raid members are within 10 yards of the monk, 20% of the damage they incur is transferred to the monk. The damage can be staggered, as detailed in [Stance of the Sturdy Ox].
