This is a quest chain that starts by speaking Thrall in the Valley of Wisdom of Orgrimmar (Hidden Enemies). Later you are sent to speak with Neeru Fireblade in the Cleft of Shadow in Orgrimmar, and completing the quest chain also requires you to kill the following NPCs in Ragefire Chasm:
