Weaponsmithing

Weaponsmithing is a blacksmithing specialization which allows a player with the blacksmithing profession access to certain BoP weapon recipes. The specialization is given by a quest: The Alliance quest is from 
Ironus Coldsteel at the Great Forge in Ironforge; the Horde quest is from 
Borgosh Corebender in Orgrimmar.
For this quest, you will need the following recipes from vendors, drops, or other purchase:
- Plans: [Plans: Moonsteel Broadsword] (requires Blacksmithing 180; buy from
Zarena Cromwind in Booty Bay)
- Plans: [Plans: Massive Iron Axe] (requires Blacksmithing 185; buy from Jaquilina Dramet at Nesingwary's Camp or Vharr at Grom'Gol Base Camp both in Stranglethorn Vale)
... and the following recipes from the Artisan Blacksmithing trainer:
- [Heavy Mithril Axe] (requires Blacksmithing 210 at any artisan blacksmithing trainer)
- [Big Black Mace] (requires Blacksmithing 230 from Brikk Keencraft in Booty Bay )
To complete the quest, you need to turn in:

- 56 [Mithril Bar]
- 32 [Steel Bar]
- 56 [Iron Bar]
- 16 [Gold Bar]
- 16 [Heavy Grinding Stone]
- 4 [Solid Grinding Stone]
- 12 [Lesser Moonstone]
- 4 [Citrine]
- 2 [Black Pearl]
- 8 [Shadowgem]
- 28 [Heavy Leather]
- 4 [Thick Leather]
- 16 [Strong Flux]
After you have unlearned Blacksmithing or Armorsmithing, you can speak to Myolor Sunderfury by the Great Forge in Ironforge or Krathok Moltenfist in the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar to learn a new specialization.
