Badlands is one of the level 45-48 level-up zones in Cataclysm. The primary quest line revolves around the redemption of the black dragonflight. There are a few side quests that are optional to the zone, but do fill in some of the lore.

Breadcrumbs come from Eastern Plaguelands, leading to Fuselight-by-the-Sea. After the Badlands storyline, up next is Searing Gorge.
