This item is sold by any Lovely Merchant <Crown Chemical Co.> found in all capital cities during the Love is in the Air world event.

In previous years this item was found inside a  [Pledge of Adoration] or  [Gift of Adoration] obtained during the event

This item is required to complete the Be Mine achievement, by randomly withdrawing all eight different kinds of candy from it. Be Mine is required to complete the Fool for Love meta-achievement, which is, in turn required for the What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been meta-achievement.

The bag appears to have a very low drop rate, on the order of 1% - 5%. Given this, random nature of the candies that come out of the bag, the limited number of charges on the bag, and the short (five-day) duration of the event, it may be impossible to complete this achievement in a single year.

Patch changes Edit

•  Hotfix (2010-01-11): "Using a "Bag of Heart Candies" with a full inventory will now cause the local postmaster to send you any candy not received."
  
• Patch 3.3.0 (2009-12-08):  Renamed from "Bag of Candies" to "Bag of Heart Candies".
