Balir Frosthammer is a level 5 quest giver located in Coldridge Valley in the dwarven starting zone of Dun Morogh. He may be related to Tannok Frosthammer. He is very concerned with the recent Rockjaw Trogg attacks and enlists adventurers to "help drive the troggs back".
He starts the quest
