Balos Jacken is a level 38 quest giver located at Lost Point in the contested territory of Dustwallow Marsh. He is hostile to all factions, but when beaten down to a certain amount of health, he will forfeit.
Balos Jacken now wears a Theramore tabard, unlike in the picture shown to the right, which he is wearing a Kul Tiras tabard.
He starts the quest
