Balthule Shadowstrike is a level 15 quest giver located at ^{[54, 24]}

just west of the Tower of Althalaxx in the night elven zone of Darkshore. He is an agent for Delgren the Purifier, and was sent near the Tower of Althalaxx to spy upon the new inhabitants.

He starts the following quests:
