Bannok Grimaxe <Firebrand Legion Champion> is a named orc found in Lower Blackrock Spire. He drops the blacksmithing plans for the Arcanite Reaper.

He can be found amongst the Orcs in the lowest region, just before Mother Smolderweb. If he spawns of course.
