The Bar Door can be found on the back wall of the Grim Guzzler in Blackrock Depths.

How to openEdit

There's three ways this door can be opened:

1. A rogue can pickpocket Plugger Spazzring for the [Grim Guzzler Key].
2. Completing the quest The Love Potion and having Rocknot leave with Mistress Nagmara.
3. Or simply giving Rocknot 6 [Dark Iron Ale Mug] and causing  Phalanx to be attackable, which will destroy the door when Phalanx is destroyed.
