Baristolth of the Shifting Sands is a night elf located at Cenarion Hold^{[53.4, 34.6]}

in the contested territory of Silithus. Prior to the Cataclysm he was a quest giver involved in The Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain. Those quests have since been removed.
