The Barkskin Furbolgs[1] are a group of furbolgs that inhabited Mount Hyjal in the Third War. They and the Shadowtooth trolls, fought alongside the orcs, humans and night elves, in the Battle of Mount Hyjal.[1] Their fate after the Third War is unknown.

They are often the basis of furbolg playable race rumors, speculating that they survived and remain uncorrupted.
It is unknown whether they have any connection to the furbolgs that Tyrande Whisperwind saved from destruction in the Barrow Deeps under Mount Hyjal.
