Barov

The Barovs were an extremely wealthy family, owning the land which comprised Caer Darrow, Brill, Southshore, and Tarren Mill. Not content with their enormous holdings, the Barovs entered into a deal with the human mage Kel'Thuzad, leader of the Cult of the Damned. The once opulent House of Barov become the horrific Scholomance, a school of necromancy.

Members of the Barov Family

• Lord Alexei Barov, The husband of Illucia and father of their children, Alexei is the patriarch of the House of Barov and the owner of Caer Darrow, Brill, Southshore, and Tarren Mill. However, when the Barov family pledged their allegiance to Kel'Thuzad, he became an Undead Death Knight.
• Lady Illucia Barov, The wife of Alexei Barov and mother of their three children. When the Barov family sided with Kel'Thuzad, she was turned into an Undead Ghost.
• Jandice Barov, The daughter of Alexei and Illucia, Jandice Barov turned into a Ghost like her mother when the family received Kel'Thuzad's teachings.
• Alexi Barov, A son of Alexei and Illucia, he was likely named for his father. He also assumed an Undead form when his family entered a deal with Kel'Thuzad. However, he was one of the Undead that were freed by Sylvanas and became a Forsaken.
• Weldon Barov, Also a son of Alexei and Illucia, Weldon is the only still-living member of the Barov family. He was able to escape from Kel'Thuzad, and then sided with the Alliance.
