Batta was a Blizzard employee who posted frequently on the US World of Warcraft Customer Service Forum. His last Customer Service Forum post was made on July 14, 2007. It has not been officially stated that he is no longer a Game Master of the Customer Service Forum, yet he no longer posts on the customer service section of the forums.
