The Swift White Ram can be purchased for 10 from Veron Amberstill <Ram Breeder> in Dun Morogh.

Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Level squish: now requires level 17, down from 40. Now requires Apprentice Riding, down from Journeyman Riding.
