Bloodlust is a PvP Battlegroup.

PvP Battlegroups are collections of World of Warcraft realms which share a common "pool" of players when competing in arena events. When you enter a Battleground queue, you will join players from other realms in your Battlegroup. The makeup of the battlegroups are subject to change, the current North American and Oceanic World of Warcraft Battlegroup realms can be seen here.
