• Permanently attaches a pair of spynoculars to your belt, allowing you to see far away. Also shows gas clouds on your mini map. Only a skilled engineer can use the spynoculars.

Belt-Clipped Spynoculars was an engineer-only permanent "enchant" to belts.

The recipe for this tinker was taught from Grand Master Engineering trainers.
