The Belt of Untapped Power is a waist item for DPS casters that drops from any of the aspects of Hakkar in Zul'Gurub with an approximate 5% drop rate. Their names are High Priestess Jeklik, High Priestess Mar'li, High Priest Thekal, High Priestess Arlokk.
For some time, this belt had no level requirement.
