The Belt of Valor is the Warrior Dungeon Set 1/Tier 0 plate belt. It gives bonuses to strength, agility, stamina, and spirit. Although this is meant for Warriors, Paladins can wear it as well.
Source
The Belt of Valor drops off Highlord Omokk in Blackrock Spire and the various Abominations in Stratholme
Notes
The Belt of Valor can be upgraded to the [Belt of Heroism]. See Dungeon Set 2 for the details.
