Beth'mora Ridge^{[46.4, 78.9]}

is currently the very small section of the Shimmering Expanse just across the Severed Span and immediately before crossing into Biel'aran Ridge.

It seems the entire area of Biel'aran Ridge may once have been named Beth'mora Ridge before release. Despite being renamed, Beth'mora Ridge is still listed as a requirement for  Explore Vashj'ir.
