Better Off Dred is a Lich King heroic achievement needed for the Glory of the Hero achievement, rewarding the Reins of the Red Proto-Drake.

Strategy
Strat pulling the raptors nearby King Dred, and engange him. AoE down the adds, and wait for more adds to spawn. After you killed 6 of them, kill the boss.
