Bijou's Reconnaissance Report is a report Bijou has compiled on the Blackrock Orcs in Lower Blackrock Spire. During the quest  [59] Bijou's Reconnaissance Report, the character is tasked to take this to Lexlort of the Kargath Expeditionary Force in the Badlands.
