Bill Roper is a former game developer at 
[Blizzard] who went on to co-found Flagship Studios. He served as a Vice President of Blizzard North and was a Director of Blizzard Entertainment from 1994 to 2003.
He voiced the peons, grunts, anf footmen in Warcraft I and II and was the voice actor of Footmen, Peons, and Grunts in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
