Bip Nigstrom is a level 70 arena promoter who gives information about the various types of battles and skirmishes available. He is found in Gadgetzan in the contested territory of Tanaris. Creates 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 arena teams by selling the corresponding Arena Team Charters.
