Black Arrow is a talented hunter ability available at level 50, after spending 40 talent points in the Survival tree. The hunter fires a black arrow at the target that increases his damage done to the target by 6% and deals X Shadow damage over 15 seconds. The arrow shares a cooldown with Immolation Trap and Explosive Trap.
