The Black Bishop[51.2, 41.4] is a high ranking member of the Twilight's Hammer clan. The cultists have assembled a large pile of explosives within the catacombs of the Cathedral of Light in Stormwind, and the Black Bishop has sealed them behind a magical barrier so no one can thwart their plans.
