Black Dragonscale is skinned from any of the black dragonkin in Burning Steppes and the chromatic dragonkin in Upper Blackrock Spire, as well as the dragons in Blackwing Lair. You can also occasionally find a stash of dragonscales in Knot Thimblejack's Cache in Dire Maul.
