Plague Strike Instant 5 yd range 1 Unholy Rune A vicious strike that deals 30% weapon damage plus X and infects the target with Blood Plague, a disease dealing Shadow damage over time. The strike removes one heal over time effect from the target.

Patch changes

• Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): No longer removes heal over time effects. Plague Strike's damage increased quite a bit to compensate.
