Blazing Speed 25 sec cooldown Instant cast Suppresses movement slowing effects and increases your movement speed by 150% for 1.5 sec. May only be activated after taking a melee or spell hit greater than 2% of your total health, or after you kill an enemy that yields experience or honor. This spell may be cast while a cast time spell is in progress and is not on the global cooldown.

Blazing Speed is a popular PvP talent for a mage, available at level 15. Whenever the mage takes physical damage from any source the talent can be activated to gain a 150% movement speed boost while providing immunity to movement slowing effects.

Patch changes

• Patch 5.2.0 (5-Mar-2013): Blazing Speed is now a level-15 talent, replacing Scorch. 
  
• Patch 5.1.0 (27-Nov-2012): Blazing Speed may now be triggered after receiving damage in any amount.
