Blazing Speed is a popular PvP talent for a mage, available at level 15. Whenever the mage takes physical damage from any source the talent can be activated to gain a 150% movement speed boost while providing immunity to movement slowing effects.
Patch changes
Patch 5.2.0 (5-Mar-2013): Blazing Speed is now a level-15 talent, replacing Scorch.
Patch 5.1.0 (27-Nov-2012): Blazing Speed may now be triggered after receiving damage in any amount.
