This item is a reward from the neutral quest Imperial Qiraji Regalia which starts with Merithra of the Dream in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Merithra of the Dream:

This used to be considered a competitive tank weapon, but since the opening of Naxxramas, this weapon has largely been ignored. Feral druid tanks for abomination wing may take this, but the healing and damage items that can be made from the Imperial Qiraji Regalia are considered higher priority. This is one of two top end feral items, along with The End of Dreams, and either is far superior to any other item for a feral druid.
