Notes

Granting two percent critical chance on all spells per point, this talent provides twice the benefit of Tidal Mastery in the same tree, and is not limited in what spells it applies to. The two talents stack, however. Blessing of the Eternals also stacks with the bonus spell crit chance from Thundering Strikes in the Enhancement tree. Combining all three talents provides a +14% bonus to spell crit chance.

Together with the base 20% proc chance on Earthliving Weapon, Blessing of the Eternals gives a 100% chance to proc Earthliving on targets below 35% health. The talent cannot cause Earthliving to trigger if the shaman does not have Earthliving Weapon active on his current weapon. The talent does not give a chance on its own, but merely increases the existing chance.
