The Blood-Caked Altar^{[43.0, 4.0]}

is located in the Stormwind City Outskirts, at the northwestern most point along the city walls. It appears to have been recently used and is completely surrounded in a thick smoke-like fog. Still-lit candles are atop this rock-chiseled alter. A trail of gore leads up to the altar from the farm house belonging to Farmer Wollerton.

As part of the quest chain leading to the Twilight Highlands, players must escort Anduin Wrynn to the altar. It is discovered the Twilight's Hammer clan are using the altar in their rituals, potentially stealing Wollerton's cows for blood sacrifice.
