Functionality
Blood Frenzy is a passive talent which increases physical damage done to enemies who are under the effect of the warrior's 
[Rend] or 
[Deep Wounds] abilities.
Prerequisites: 30 points in Arms.

Notes
This is a strong raiding talent. It's considered to be a physical debuff on the enemy when active, so physical attacks from everyone in the raid are boosted.
The bonus does not stack if both Rend and Deep Wounds are active simultaneously. Similarly, multiple warriors with Blood Frenzy do not stack effects.
