Blood Knight Dawnstar is a level 23 blood elf corpse located in Deatholme in the Horde territory of Ghostlands.
Dawnstar led a daring assault against Deatholme that ultimately proved unsuccessful. The Blood Knight's corpse remains near the Plague Cauldron where he fell, just west of the Tower of the Damned. Knight-Lord Bloodvalor, a Blood Knight trainer back in Silvermoon, dispatches aspiring Blood Knight adepts to collect items necessary for the forging of a weapon as a sign of their status. One of these items is the adept's insignia held by Dawnstar.
