Patch changes
- Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Damage done increased by 15%.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Now lasts 15 seconds untalented. It was 12.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): No longer removes heal over time effects. Plague Strike's damage increased quite a bit to compensate.
