Blood elf crest

The icon of the blood elves is very symbolic of their race's fall and resurrection. The drop of blood represents the fallen, and the phoenix on the shield represents their return to power in Quel'Thalas. They are not presently represented in the crest of the Horde, but will probably be represented by either the drop of blood and/or the phoenix.
