The Blood of the Black Dragon Champion drops from General Drakkisath in Upper Blackrock Spire.

Patch changesEdit

• Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-20): Blood of the Black Dragon Champion is now a multi-drop quest item. Everyone on their respective faction's quest will be able to loot the blood. 
  
• Patch 1.4.0 (2005-05-05): General Drakkisath will now drop 2-4 Blood of the Black Dragon Champion instead of 1.
