Bloodgorged Ettins are giant humanoids that serve the Twilight's Hammer clan. They lumber primarily along the main roads through the Dunwald Ruins^{[49, 70]}

in the Twilight Highlands with the exception of the Dunwald Market Row^{[47, 73.2]}

. These ettin carry enormous logs, eagerly smashing them upon the heads of any that would challenge them.
