Bloodsurge is a 40 point Fury talent that, at 3/3 ranks, gives your Heroic Strike, Bloodthirst and Whirlwind hits a 20% chance of making your next Slam instant cast if cast within 5 seconds. Since slam no longer resets the swing timer, this is a great way to increase fury DPS.
