Bolts of Soulcloth are made and used by tailors by infusing Netherweave with the essence of souls found in Karazhan. It is used in items with high arcane resistance.
It is created by tailors of skill level 345 and above using a [Bolt of Netherweave] and 8x [Soul Essence]. It only exists as the item [Bolt of Soulcloth].
It is used in the production of the Soulcloth Embrace set which is a mild arcane resistance, multi-purpose gear designed for fights against arcane bosses where the player does not want to reduce their stats excessively.
The pattern for soulcloth seems to be bought in a variety of random places across Outland from tailoring vendors.
