Bombyx is one of the new rare beasts (as of Patch 5.1) available for hunters to tame. He is a large purple silkworm and resides in the Krasarang Wilds, within Pandaria. Like the other Pandarian rare pets, he is invisible until flared and only trackable by hunters. His tracks, called heavily-chewed silkweed, can be difficult to follow as they can be hard to see. Also, Bombyx likes to stop moving every so often and change course, and his tracks make it impossible to know which direction he's gone in. He can be found between the Temple of the Red Crane and Farwalker Refuge.
