This item can be used to complete [My Love is Like a Red, Red Rose]. Also, its use-effect gives credit for 
[Fistful of Love] and 
[Flirt With Disaster]. Fistful of Love can be completed after the Love is in the Air event, so having this permanent item, vs a [Handful of Rose Petals] which has a duration of ten days, greatly increases the the time available to complete the achievement.
