Brine is a level 23 quest giver located on a hill ^{[43.4, 77.4]}

in the northern part of Blackthorn Ridge in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens. She is an expert on the spirits and nature of water, and aids trainee shamans in their quests to gain their water totem.
