This item can be found inside the Four Horsemen Chest after defeating the Four Horsemen in the 25-man version of Naxxramas. Along with the Last Laugh it is considered to be one of the best endgame tank weapons, pre-Patch 3.1.0.
Inspiration for Name
This weapon is a little slow for a tanking weapon. Thats is because at one time, Blizzard made a promise that they would never make a slow tanking weapon again.
