Watcher is a position taken by a few individuals tied to the bronze dragonflight.

Baristolth of the Shifting Sands was dying when Anachronos breathed upon him and he was "bound as a Watcher", in service of his savior.^[1]
Ralo'shan the Eternal Watcher is suspected she too may be one of these Watchers, judging by her mysterious immortality, involvement in the War of the Shifting Sands and the bronze drakes flying high over her position.
