Brothers in Blood is Chapter 5 of the Night Elf campaign, Eternity's End. Tyrande Whisperwind and Furion Stormrage enter the Barrow Deeps and begin looking for the Druids. They come across a Furbolg Shaman, the same one whom Tyrande helped in Enemies at the Gate. He was Bitten by a Giant Spider and grew ill. He could be healed with the Power of a nearby Healing Well. however he is to ill to be taken there. Tyrande manages to get a vail of the water and return it to the village. The Shaman is healed by the water and thanks Tyrande.
Soon the party reaches the gate to the prison of Illidan Stormrage. Tyrande thinks letting Illidan free would be helpfull to the Night Elves, but Furion thinks otherwise. Tyrande takes half the group and goes into the prison.
Furion continues and finds some Druids. He is attacked by them but he pacifies them. He finds out that the Druids have gone wild. He decides to sound the horn in the center of the cave without harming the Druids. HE manages to get to the center and Awakens the Druids. They are ready to fight against the Burning Legion
Meanwhile Tyrande and her Sentinels manage to Rescue some of their forces and open a main gate. After almost reaching Illidans prison, she encounters Treants, meaning that a Keeper of the Grove is nearby. Tyrande then kills the Keeper of the Grove Califax. Soon Illidan is free.
Furion is not happy that Illidan is Free, but Illidan pledges to help destroy the Burning Legion.

- Furion Stormrage encounters a panda named The Largest Panda Ever. It drops a Necklace of Immunity.
- Tyrande Whisperwin finds a portal leading to a Shrine of the Uberfish. It could be a Merloc shrine
