Brundall Chiselgut is a vendor for the Alliance at Highbank in the Twilight Highlands. Players can access him, as well as the other vendors, after completing Aiming High. He will trade [Elementium Bar]s, [Hardened Elementium Bar]s, and [Pyrium Bar]s for a variety of Blacksmithing recipes.
