Fungalophobia is an achievement awarded for killing Fungalmancer Glop without taking any damage from his Boomshrooms, typically on the Therazane revered daily quest Quest:Glop, Son of Glop.

Locations

Head southeast from Therazane's Throne in Deepholm across the Verlok Stand. The mouth of the Fungal Deep can be found at ^{[68.5, 28.9]} and Norsala is further inside.

Strategy

Carefully get to Norsala, not taking any damage. Start the event by talking to Norsala, then follow Glop through the cave, steering well clear of any mushrooms, damaging him along the way as often as possible. Carefully exit the cave and return to Ruberick.
